		<description>Hey, this video is really helpful! in regards to the meals 5-6? times a day, how big should those meals be? im 6 foot 5 and i weigh 185 pounds. im looking to gain some mass and im going to start as of today. Number one rule is nutrition so im asking with those 6 meals a day, how big should they be? Thanks for the vids btw!</description>
